A Simple Breakfast

Many of my clients always found it hard to eat a nutritious breakfast. I’ve realized that it’s because a lot of times they are over-complicating it! You don’t need a plethora of ingredients and a dent in your wallet to make a wholesome meal. This has been my go-to breakfast since I started my health journey.   • Sliced Banana Coins
  • Chia, Flax, Hemp Seeds
