Ingredients:
- 1 Wild Salmon Filet
- 1 TSP Minced Garlic
- 1 TSP Parsley
- Salt, Pepper
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon
- Drizzle of Honey
- Grass-fed Butter
Preparation:
- Spread all ingredients on to the salmon.
- Squeeze about a 1/4 of the juice of a lemon on the salmon.
- Top the salmon with 3 small slabs of butter.
- Let the salmon marinate in its seasoning for about 10-20 minutes before grilling.
- Grill on a piece of a tinfoil for 15 minutes or until the salmon is flakey.
- Serve with choice of vegetable and carb/grain.
