Pay Per Session
Unsure if you can commit to a 3 month or 6 month program? LSBL Pay Per Session Plan allows you to earn some of the nutritional therapy benefits when life gives you a minute to breathe. Schedule and pay for your session up to 3 days in advance. We will hop on a phone call for 30 minutes to discuss the latest developments in your nutrition and lifestyle habits. - Symptom & Nutrition Questionnaire — reveals the root causes of reoccurring symptoms and shows the balance of your body systems.
- A 90-minute virtual meeting— As a Nutritional therapist, I give you ample time to tell me the deeper details about your health history and lifestyle. On this call, you will prioritize your health goals, discuss any challenges/barriers you may have, learn more about your symptoms, and begin your unique health & wellness journey.
- 5-day Food & Mood Journal Analysis — This journal allows me to study your food behaviors, make connections about your symptoms, and then begin to tailor your unique, sustainable wellness plan.
- Design YOUR Program — you'll leave this call with your first set of recommendations that kickstart your journey to a more optimal well-being.
