My love for health and wellness began in college. I was on a mission to figure out how to best support my mind and body when I didn’t have all the resources at my fingertips. I wouldn’t adapt to what was being presented to me. I found a balanced lifestyle by educating myself on recognizing health and wellness misinformation reported across various media outlets, created a workout plan, and learned ways to nourish my body by making my self-care a priority. These little acts were the catalyst of who I became today.
I am from the “forgotten borough” – Staten Island, NY. I come from a HUGE Italian family where Sunday dinners and unexpected house guests never goes out of style. As you may know, the heart of the home is the kitchen and my love for home cooking, baking, and spending time with loved ones over a cup of coffee and pastries are things I don’t take lightly.
For as long as I can remember, I was always the friend that would give advice. I pride myself on my listening skills and taking a mindful approach when asking questions. Nothing makes me happier than when I can offer my time and energy to someone in need. It only made sense to start a career where I can help others become the best versions of themselves. In November 2021, I became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I guide individuals toward better health outcomes by getting to the root cause of their health challenges. I have seen much success in a short time with my clients.
