Meet your nutrition and wellness guide

Hi, I’m Liz.

I help nurses and other busy people quiet the food confusion, build supportive routines, and reconnect with what their bodies need.

Lifestyles By Liz

Less stress around food. More trust in yourself.

Lifestyles By Liz is dedicated to promoting awareness and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. Nutrition is part of that picture, alongside sleep, stress, movement, digestion, hydration, relationships, and the way you speak to yourself.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and registered yoga instructor, my goal is to alleviate the stress and confusion surrounding food and movement. I look at the foundations of well-being—including eating behaviors, digestion, blood-sugar regulation, fatty-acid balance, minerals, hydration, sleep quality, stress, and movement—to create recommendations that fit the person in front of me.

Where it began

Health became personal before it became my work.

My love for health and wellness began in college. I was on a mission to figure out how to support my mind and body when I did not have every resource at my fingertips. I immersed myself in factual health information, developed a movement plan that resonated with me, and began reframing my mindset. Those small acts became the catalyst for the person I am today.

I am from Staten Island, New York, and come from an Italian family where Sunday dinners and impromptu visits from guests are timeless traditions. The kitchen is the heart of the home. My love for cooking and baking grew from countless hours beside my mother, aunt, and grandmother.

Why this practice now centers nurses

Because demanding work deserves practical care.

Nursing schedules can make generic wellness advice feel disconnected from reality. My approach starts with your actual shifts, access to breaks, energy, recovery time, food preferences, and capacity. Together, we build a plan that can bend without breaking.

  • Education without judgment
  • Small changes with a clear purpose
  • Support that adapts to your schedule
  • A whole-person view of wellness
