As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Registered Yoga Instructor, my primary goal is to alleviate the stress and confusion surrounding food and movement for my clients. These foundational elements include eating behaviors, digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid balance, mineral equilibrium, hydration status, sleep quality, stress management, and movement practices. My love for health and wellness began in college. I was on a mission to figure out how to support my mind and body when I didn’t have all the resources at my fingertips. I immersed myself in the pursuit of factual health information, developed a movement plan that resonated with me, and began the process of reframing my mindset. These seemingly small acts served as the catalyst for the person I have become today.
I’m from Staten Island, NY. I come from an Italian family where Sunday dinners and impromptu visits from guests are timeless traditions. As we all know, the kitchen is the heart of any home. My love for home cooking and baking originated from countless hours spent learning alongside my mother, aunt, and grandmother.
