I am a 200hr registered yoga instructor. I received my training from Yoga Renew and am registered with the Yoga Alliance.
Private and group sessions are available. Groups of 5-10 people are accommodated.
First timers cost $10.00. Every private session thereafter is $50.00 per session. If you’re practicing within a group setting, each session is $20.00. Cash or Venmo are acceptable forms of payment.
Lifestyles By Liz yoga sessions are not offered in a studio. Sessions are offered virtually for everyone or in person for SI residents at the students home or at a public park.
Yoga practices are usually 30-45 minutes.

Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate yogi, we will use the first 30 minutes of our first session to learn about each other, the practice of yoga, review your history & needs, and discuss your goals. After I’ve gathered information, we’ll begin with the basics for the second half of our first session. This can include stretching, learning about the anatomy of your body, and drawing attention to the sensations that are present in the body.
