Strengthening Immunity

Hey all! It’s been quite a while! I hope you all enjoyed your summer! I’ve been quite busy with my nutrition program, work, applying to jobs, and spending time with friends and family. I’m closing in on term 3 of the nutrition program, which means I have about 3 months left until I’m an official Nutritional Therapy Practitioner! It’s so exciting, but also scary! I’m more confident in my skills and am finding clarity in what my future entails. I can’t wait to share it with you all!


I want to kick off September’s “Coffee Talk” with one of my latest projects. As we all start to head back to work full time, have in-person classes, and travel back and forth – we must prioritize our immunity. We’re being exposed to many germs that our immune system has not been exposed to in a LONG time! As you all know, a balanced diet, daily movement, and an optimistic attitude are going to help support the strength of our immune system.
