Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup of Rolled Oats
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
- Salt
- Fresh Blueberries
- Chopped Walnuts
- Coconut Sugar to Garnish
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350
2. Spray ramekin with coconut oil
3. Blend all ingredients (excluding berries, walnuts)
4. Pour mixture into ramekin and add your mix in’s/toppings into the batter
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes
6. Let oats cool and serve
