Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
- ½ cup Nut Milk (I used Unsweetened Almond Milk)
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- Optional Add-ins: Protein Powder, collagen
- Toppings (included, but not limited to): Banana, Strawberries, Pumpkin Seeds, Pecans, Nut butter, Honey
Preparation:
1. Add the chia seeds and milk to a mason jar and stir.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake until everything is combined.
3. Store in the fridge up to 2 hours- overnight.
4. Add your toppings.
