Ingredients:
- Half a Block of Tofu - drained, pressed and cubed
- 1/4 Cup Corn Starch
- Salt, Pepper
- Avocado Oil
- Spices and Herbs of choice to season tofu
Preparation:
1. Drain, press, and cube the tofu
2. Add corn starch, salt, pepper and other desired seasoning into a large bowl.
3. Toss your tofu into the bowl and mix.
4. Heat a skillet with avocado oil. Once hot, add tofu face down and cook until crispy. Repeat on other side.
5. Build a salad or cook vegetables in the meantime to have with your tofu!
