Grilled Salmon

Wild salmon offers a range of health benefits. It’s rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for heart and brain health, and it is an outstanding source of protein. Wild salmon also contains a slew of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, B vitamins, and selenium.

  1. Spread all ingredients on to the salmon.

  4. Let the salmon marinate in its seasoning for about 10-20 minutes before grilling.
  5. Grill on a piece of a tinfoil for 15 minutes or until the salmon is flakey.
