Grilled Salmon

Wild salmon offers a range of health benefits. It’s rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for heart and brain health, and it is an outstanding source of protein. Wild salmon also contains a slew of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, B vitamins, and selenium. 

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Spread all ingredients on to the salmon. 
  2. Squeeze about a 1/4 of the juice of a lemon on the salmon.
  3. Top the salmon with 3 small slabs of butter.
  4. Let the salmon marinate in its seasoning for about 10-20 minutes before grilling.
  5. Grill on a piece of a tinfoil for 15 minutes or until the salmon is flakey. 
  6. Serve with choice of vegetable and carb/grain.
