Air Fried Halibut

Halibut is one of the easiest fishes to cook. It’s light, fool-proof, and is a great source of protein. If you’re looking for a quick meal without much preparation, this is the one to try. If possible, when cooking the halibut, I would recommend placing your air fryer outside to avoid the fish smell in the house.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

1. Begin heating your air fryer as you prepare the halibut. Set the temperature to 400 degrees.

2. Pat the halibut dry with a paper towel. All excess water should be removed.

3. Drizzle olive oil on the halibut and then spread the remainder of the spices on the halibut.

4. Place halibut in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes. The halibut should have a crispy top and be flakey on the inside.

Serve with rice and a vegetable.
