Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 Heaping TBSP Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Collagen
- 1/4 Cup Pine Nuts
- 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
- Fill 1/2 Water and 1/2 Almond Milk to the top of all ingredients
- Pinch of Pink Salt
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until all smoothie contents are well combined.
