1. Thaw and clean the fish
2. Season your shrimp and calamari with olive oil, salt, pepper
3. Coat a grill pan with avocado oil and spread fish evenly. Grill till slightly charred
4. In a medium pan, heat olive oil with pesto. If the pesto is frozen, let it defrost and then simmer.
5. Boil the pasta water
6. Add fish to the pesto pan
7. After pasta boils, transfer pasta with a slotted spoon to the pesto pan and toss together. Add tomatoes.
