Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1 Egg
- 1/ 4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Collagen or Protein Powder of Choice
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TBSP Maple Syrup
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- Avocado Oil
Preparation:
- Place all ingredients in a small blender.
- Blend together until ingredients are well combined and batter is smooth.
- Spray a medium sized pan with avocado oil.
- Heat pan on a medium flame.
- When pan is heated, begin pouring your batter into the pan.
- Flip pancake when bubbles start to form on the top.
- Place in a stack and add your toppings of choice.
