Greek Yogurt Protein Pancakes

Starting the day off with a high protein breakfast is wonderful for blood sugar regulation and hormone balancing. This recipe is perfect for those who may be tired of eating plain old eggs every morning!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a small blender.
  2. Blend together until ingredients are well combined and batter is smooth.
  3. Spray a medium sized pan with avocado oil.
  4. Heat pan on a medium flame. 
  5. When pan is heated, begin pouring your batter into the pan.
  6. Flip pancake when bubbles start to form on the top.
  7. Place in a stack and add your toppings of choice.
