Fresh Mozzarella Caprese is one of my family’s favorite appetizers on a Sunday. No Sunday is complete without it! From my home to yours, I hope you love this tradition as much as we do.

Ingredients:
- 1 Ball of Fresh Mozzarella
- Freshly Diced Tomatoes
- Roughly Chopped Fresh Basil
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil & Balsamic Glaze
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
Preparation:
1. Dice the tomatoes and chop the basil. Set aside.
2. On a cutting board, slice the mozzarella and place each slice on a plate. (Steal a slice when no one’s looking.)
3. Layer the cheese with a few tomatoes and basil.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
