Peach & Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding can get boring if you’re not spicing it up every now and then. I love this combo in the summer. The fresh flavors and bright colors make this breakfast so delicious and enjoyable.

Preparation:

1. Make chia seed pudding base first. You may add chopped peaches and coconut flakes to the base if you’d like. Set in the fridge overnight. 

2. Add toppings in the morning.
