Ingredients:
- 3 Fresh Brussels Sprout Stalks
- 2 TBSP Avocado Oil
- 2 TBSP Garlic Salt
- 1 TBSP Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 TBSP Onion Powder
- 1 TBSP Paprika
- Fig Balsamic
Preparation:
1. Cut, peel and rinse Brussels Sprouts
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
3. In a large bowl, add the Brussels Sprouts with each ingredient. (Excluding the fig balsamic)
4. Transfer the Brussels Sprouts to a large sheet pan and coat with avocado oil.
5. Roast for 30 minutes, tossing half way through.
6. At the half way point, drizzle the Brussels Sprouts with fig balsamic.
7. Let the Brussels Sprouts cool
8. Add more fig balsamic before eating
