- Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup EVOO
- 1 TSP ACV
- 2 TBSP Apricot Jam
- 2 Heaping TBSP Runny Almond Butter
- Pinch of Salt
- Optional: Almond milk or filtered water to make thinner if needed
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake well
2. Add dressing to a warm winter salad. Toasted walnuts and roasted sweet potatoes are musts with this!
3. Keep in the fridge up to 3 days
