Ingredients:
- 8oz Filtered Water
- 3TSP Turmeric
- 1 TSP Ginger
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1 TSP Black Pepper
- 2 TSP Lemon Juice
- 1 Cap Full Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TSP Raw Unfiltered Honey (natural/organic maple syrup if vegan)
Preparation:
1. Fill a glass with at least 8 oz of filtered water. Add in all the spices and shake until combined.
2. Can be served hot or iced.
