Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup GF Oats
- 1 Scoop Collagen or Protein Powder
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1/2 TBSP Nut Butter
- 1/2 of a Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Cup or More Milk of Choice
Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.
2. Place in fridge overnight and add your toppings in the morning.
