- Cherry Tomatoes
- Optional: Quickly Sauteed Red Onion
- Olive Oil and Balsamic Glaze

Preparation:
1. Toast your bread
2. Prepare your avocado spread. Choose your desired seasoning.
3. Slice your tomatoes and prepare the chickpeas
4. Spread the avocado on your toast
5. Build your toast with the remaining ingredients
6. Garnish with hemp seeds
