Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Chickpeas - rinsed and drained
- Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 Diced Avocado
- Handful of Almonds
- 1 TSP Hemp Seeds
- Add in options: berries, pomegranate seeds, or other in season fruits/veggies
Dressing:
- Olive Oil
- Honey
- Lemon
- Pink Salt & Pepper
Preparation:
1.Combine all the ingredients and the dressing together in a bowl and mix! That’s it!
