Smoothies are an excellent way to get your serving of fruits and veggies in. I always prefer citrus smoothies, rather than fruity smoothies. Pineapple and banana taste well together. With the added greens and protein, this shake is good for a refreshing lunch.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Mixed Frozen Banana + Frozen Pineapple
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Avocado Chunks
- 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

- 2 TBSP Flax Meal
- 1 TBSP Nut Butter of Choice
- 1/2 Cup + More if necessary- Milk of Choice or Water
Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy
2. Add toppings- raw nuts, hemp/chia seeds, or granola
