Ingredients:
- 1 Frozen Cauliflower Crust
- 1 Small Red Onion - Sliced
- 1 Apple - Sliced
- 1 1/2 Cups Baby Spinach
- Handful of Cherry Tomatoes - halved
- 1/4 Cup Goat Cheese
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- Optional: Chopped Pecans & Honey
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Prepare your toppings
3. Coat your frozen crust with olive oil, spices & herbs of choice and bake for 5 minutes
4. Caramelize red onion in a pan with olive oil on medium heat
5. Add spinach to the pan. Let it wilt
6.Take onions and spinach out of the pan. Option to sauté apples in the same pan. Begin to build your pizza
7. Add all toppings: start with spinach and red onion, then goat cheese crumbles, apple slices, tomatoes, and pecans
8. Put back in the oven to bake for 10 -12 minutes
9. Drizzle honey on top before serving
