Eating chicken the same few ways can get boring. Try these Greek chicken meatballs one night! It’s quick to make and the taste is so delicious! Add rice on the side with a fresh veggie. You can dip the meatball is tzatziki sauce for extra flavor!

Ingredients:
- 2lbs Ground Chicken
- 1/2 Cup Diced Red Onion
- 1 Egg
- Up to a 1/2 Cup of GF Bread Crumb
- 1 TSP Brown Mustard or Mustard Powder
- 1/2 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Each: Turmeric, Ginger, Cumin, Paprika
- 1/2 TSP Each: Basil, Parsley, Oregano
- Salt, Pepper
Preparation:
1. Gather necessary ingredients, a baking sheet, and a large mixing bowl.
2. Dice the Red Onion. Place in the mixing bowl.
3. Add the ground chicken to the bowl.
4. Crack the egg into the bowl and begin to mix together.
5. Add the remainder of the ingredients into the bowl and combine.
6. Begin making small to medium sized meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
7. Once you’re done rolling, drizzle quickly with olive oil.
8. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
9. Once hot, add in each meatball and cook for 12-14 minutes.
