It could be the main dish if you add a protein, it could be the veggie of the night, or it could replace a leafy green salad. It comes together rather quickly and provides the body with a bunch of hearty nutrients.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Bag of Frozen String Beans
- 1 Avocado Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Raw Pistachios
- 1/4 Cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds
- Crumbled Goat Cheese
- Olive Oil, Lemon Juice
- Garlic Salt and Cracked Black Pepper
Preparation:
1. Boil string beans until they are mildly soft.
2. Slice avocado.
3. Strain string beans and season with olive oil, lemon, garlic salt, and black pepper.
4. Build green bean salad by topping with avocado, nuts, and seeds.
5. Option to add goat cheese for a tangy flavor.
