Ingredients:
- 3 Bunches of Asparagus
- 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Spices/Herbs (2TSP Each): Salt/Pepper, Parsley, Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- Optional: Chopped Almonds
Preparation:
1. Cut stems off of the asparagus. Clean and dry thoroughly.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
3. Place asparagus in a deep baking dish and season with olive oil, garlic, spices and herbs.
4. Cook asparagus for 25 minutes or until tender.
5. Top asparagus with pomegranate seeds and chopped almonds.
