Hydration Smoothie

Hydration is important for so many different reasons. We must remember as the weather starts to heat up that we’re properly hydrating our body and cells. This smoothie contains the minerals we need to hydrate efficiently and feel energized. Enjoy this smoothie poolside with a protein rich snack!

Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. 

2. Pour into a tall glass and add chia seeds on top to mix in.
