- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Eggs
- Handful Of Spinach
- Handful Grape Tomatoes (Halved)
- 1/2 Avocado or Guac
- Goat Cheese
- Spices/Herbs: Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, Olive Oil, Balsamic Glaze

Preparation:
1. Cook your oats in water
2. As the oats are cooking, slice your tomatoes and wilt the spinach in a pan with avocado oil. Add salt
3. Transfer your spinach to a bowl and cook your eggs.
4. Plate your oatmeal and add your toppings.
5. Crumble goat cheese on the top and sprinkle red pepper flakes
